Jeju United (“Jeju”) has signed a business agreement with Jeju Air (CEO Kim Yi-bae).
Jeju signed a business agreement with Jeju Air at LOUGE J on the 26th of this month to enhance the brand value of Jeju.
Jeju Air has been leading the popularization of air travel since its establishment in 2005, and has been ranked first in the LCC (low-cost carrier) category of the National Service Awards 토토 for two consecutive years.
Jeju Air’s move is expected to be synergistic with Jeju’s representative professional sports club, Jeju. Through this agreement, Jeju Air plans to support the professional and youth teams’ away games, conduct ticket promotions for visitors to Jeju United’s home and away games, and advertise on Jeju United’s home stadium boards.
As part of ESG activities for mutual growth in Jeju, Jeju Air will actively promote coastal cleanup activities, co-production of upcycled products, and sales and sponsorships.
As both Jeju and Jeju Air use orange as a symbolic color, the agreement has been met with enthusiasm.
Jeju announced the new relationship by signing ‘Middle East Messi’ Nam Tae-hee through the summer transfer market and wearing a special outfit with a Jeju Airlines airplane on it. On the day of the signing ceremony, Jeju captain Lim Chae-min and 100 fans who signed up in advance shared the background and values of the agreement. Afterward, they held a fan signing session.
“Through the business agreement with Jeju Air, we will do our best to spread the good influence for regional coexistence and a cleaner Jeju Island,” said a Jeju official.
Meanwhile, an official from Jeju Air said, “Through the collaboration with Jeju United, we will strengthen sports marketing, communicate with local residents and professional soccer fans, and promote various activities such as local win-win activities.”
