Kim Do-Young expresses happiness at Kia’s growth.

In his second year as a pro, Kim has been hitting home runs in back-to-back at-bats, and his quick feet for making bold plays on the basepaths have endeared him to the coaching staff.

In 14 games since returning from injury, she’s batting .333 with six stolen bases.

He was a shortstop in high school, but has no problem defending third base, which is where he is currently playing due to team needs.

[Kim Do-young/KIA: “I don’t hit, I hit well, and even if I do, defense is the most important thing, so I always try to put a lot of emphasis on defense.”]

Kim Do-young, KIA’s first-round pick over hard-throwing Moon Dong-joo, didn’t live up to expectations last year and went down with an injury in the first two games of this season.

However, he rehabbed with Na Sung-bum, learning strength-training tips and more, and came back in just over two months and looked remarkably different.

[Kim Do-young/KIA: “I think I just made sure to do it every single day, 카지노사이트킴 and I think that helped me, and now I’m coming out again.”]

The secret to Kim’s rise is catching up to her seniors.

Both her hitting and defense role models are seniors on the team.

[Kim Do-young/KIA: “(Hitting) like Choi Hyung-woo and Na Sung-beom, and (fielding) like Park Chan-ho, I try to take all the good things from them, and I think I’m just so happy to be at KIA.”]

We look forward to the day when Kim absorbs all of his seniors’ strengths and becomes one of the best infielders in Korea.
